What happens on the 30-minute call?
We walk through what is working, what is not, and where your organization does and does not show up in search and AI-generated answers. We review your current visibility before the call, so the time is spent on your situation rather than introductions.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know what you want to fix and who needs to find you, but you do not need a brief, a budget, or a deck.
Is it a sales pitch?
No. Whether or not we work together, you will leave with a clear read on how your organization shows up today.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever owns the outcome: an executive director, communications lead, outreach or program manager, or practice owner. One person is enough.
What if I would rather write than talk?
Email info@woodhallx.com with your organization’s name, what it does, and what you want to fix. We read every message and reply personally.
Do you work with organizations outside the DMV?
We are based in and built for the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, where most of our work happens. If you are outside the region, let us know when you reach out, and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
